Hi, I’m Vaishnavi.
I’m a writer, a storyteller, a communicator, and a woman who is still figuring things out — just like most of us.
For years, I thought I had a fairly good idea of where life was taking me. Then, as life tends to do, it changed the plan.
There were new beginnings, unexpected pauses, choices I never imagined making, and moments when I found myself wondering: Who am I now?
I think women ask themselves that question more often than we admit.
We become daughters, partners, mothers, professionals, caregivers, friends. We adapt. We compromise. We start again. Sometimes, somewhere along the way, we lose sight of the woman underneath all those roles.
Re:Her began with that thought.
It is my space to write about women and the many versions of ourselves we move through — work and ambition, relationships, motherhood, identity, change, uncertainty, starting over, and everything that happens in between.
I don’t have a blueprint for figuring life out. I’m not here to tell you how to become a better woman.
I’m simply interested in the conversation.
The honest one.
The one where we can admit that sometimes we don’t know what we’re doing, that starting again can be frightening, and that becoming someone new doesn’t mean abandoning who we once were.
Maybe it means taking everything we’ve learned and carrying it forward.
So, this is Re:Her – Reinventing Her.
A place for my words, my questions, my observations, and eventually, perhaps, the stories and voices of other women too.
For now, it’s just me — writing my way through life.
And maybe, somewhere along the way, you’ll recognise a little bit of yourself here.
